The Town of Milton is seeking professional consulting services to undertake a comprehensive Safety Assessment of All At Grade Railway Crossings in the Town of Milton, in line with the Railway Safety Act and associated Transport Canada Regulations and Standards (Grade Crossing Regulations and Standards).    In addition, the assignment is to include a comprehensive, holistic assessment of the Town’s at grade crossings with respect to Whistle Cessation.
