Description: 

The Town of Milton is seeking to retain a group of qualified professionals with significant experience and knowledge in Communications, Customer Experience, and Branding to create a Professional Services Roster (Roster). The Roster will be utilized to provide additional support to the Town’s Communications and Customer Experience team to be engaged by the Town on an as needed basis. The Roster is intended to support all phases of communications and customer experience, including, but not limited to communications planning and support; customer experience journey mapping; service design and strategy; and, the development and execution of creative communications and marketing campaigns.
