The Town of Milton is seeking consulting services to develop an updated Corporate Strategic Plan for 2028-2032. The plan will guide Council, Senior Management team and staff in setting strategic priorities and actions, aligning budget and resources, and delivering core services to the community in a measurable and meaningful way.
