The Corporation of the Town of Milton (“the Town”) requires the services of a qualified consultant to undertake background analyses and incorporate data provided by staff to complete a Development Charge (DC) Background Study and Community Benefits Charge (CBC) Strategy in accordance with the requirements outlined below, the Development Charges Act, 1997 (DCA), the Planning Act and associated regulations.
