Awarded Summary
The contract term will be for three (3) years. Prices submitted must remain firm for the first year of the contract. Pricing for years two (2) and three (3) as well as renewal years shall not exceed the Town's annually approved Consumer's Price Index (CPI) rate. Any price increase requests must be accompanied by written justification to substantiate the request for the Town's review.
There is an option to renew this contract for two (2) additional one-year periods beyond the initial 3-year term. The renewal is based on satisfactory performance, Town requirements and successful price negotiations. The optional renewal years will be subject to the Town's annual internal review of the Winter Control program and service levels.
