Tenders are invited for office renovations at the Mattamy National Cycling Centre. The Mattamy Cycling Centre is a multi-use facility. Within the Velodrome, office spaces are provided for external agencies such as Cycling Canada. The Town is seeking a contractor to renovate an existing ground floor area, adjacent to the west-end main entrance, into an office space complete with office cubicles. The scope of work includes demolition, mechanical, electrical, fire safety upgrades, IT and communications, and office furniture installation. Site Meeting: September 29, 2016 at 10:00 am.
